Letter from our
Hey, y’all! Welcome to the Delta Tau chapter of Alpha Phi at Louisiana State University. My name is Caitlin and I am currently serving as the chapter president. I am so honored and proud to represent the outstanding women of Delta Tau!
Going through recruitment and joining Alpha Phi is hands down the best decision I’ve made here at LSU. Joining Alpha Phi has been an experience of a lifetime and every day I discover a new reason to adore this chapter.
Alpha Phi is centered around our core values of loyalty, sisterhood, scholarship, leadership, character development and service. Our sisterhood is truly one of a kind, union hand in hand, forever we continue to support each other in all achievements. Many of our women hold prominent leadership roles on campus ranging anywhere from student government to LSU Ambassadors.
We have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. Last February, we were awarded the Susan Brink Sherratt Leadership Fund and were recognized for being one of the top three donating chapters for the Alpha Phi Foundation. We placed first in homecoming decorations and took home 3rd in Songfest! We look forward to achieving new goals each year to come.
It takes one cause, one chapter, and one sisterhood to make a difference and I can say with all sincerity that Delta Tau has impacted not only my life but also the lives of the LSU and Baton Rouge community in some of the best ways.
I hope you enjoy our website and have learned more about what our unique organization stands for. I believe in my fraternity. I believe in Alpha Phi!
AOE and Geaux Tigers!
