Letter from our
Chapter President
Isabella Rovere
Hi everyone!! My name is Isabella Rovere and I am currently serving as the Delta Tau chapter president. I have never been more honored and blessed to represent such an amazing group of women! I am excited to welcome you to the website of Alpha Phi at Louisiana State University and encourage you to take a look around.
I grew up in Baton Rouge, but when I came to college I was looking forward to new memories and friendships. Any expectation I had for my college experience has been surpassed tenfold through my time in Alpha Phi. I could not imagine my college years without my sisters by my side and I am beyond thankful to be a part of Alpha Phi. These women have allowed me to grow into the person I am proud to be today, and I would not be writing this letter to all of you without them. These women inspire me to follow my dreams, and the support from this sisterhood is indescribable.
Alpha Phi is centered around our core values of loyalty, sisterhood, scholarship, leadership, character development, and service. In this chapter I have found lifelong friends, a support system, and a place where I know I can always be myself. Alpha Phi is not something that lasts four years, but a lifetime as we continue to support and encourage one another in all future endeavors. Currently, many of our members hold prominent leadership roles on campus, ranging anywhere from student government to student ambassadors and even the Panhellenic Executive Board. We are so proud of our members who dedicate themselves to being involved on campus!
Alpha Phi strives to make a difference on the LSU campus through hosting and participating in various Panhellenic service opportunities such as blood drives, food drives, and other philanthropic events. Philanthropy is an integral component of our sisterhood and we are proud to support women with heart disease through our Alpha Phi Foundation. We are recognized as one of the top donating chapters for the Alpha Phi Foundation and hope to continue making a positive impact on our community through our continued leadership and service efforts. Our members wake up every day with a commitment to leading with heart, and I am so proud to represent such a dedicated group of women.
We are so proud of all of Alpha Phi’s accomplishments not only on LSU’s campus but within the Baton Rouge community. I hope you enjoy our website and learn about what our amazing organization stands for!
Geaux Tigers!
